NOTICE OF LOCATION OF WATER AND WATER RIGHTS. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; That the undersigned corporation, Leland & Myers, organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the state of California, and having its office and principal place of business at San Francisco California, in pursuance of the provisions of the laws of the State of California, has located claimed and appropriated, and does hereby locate, claim and appropriate ten thousand (10,000) inches, measured under a four (4) inch pressure, of the natural, flood, freshet and storm waters flowing and to flow in the stream or water course upon which this notice is posted.
