NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; That the undersigned corporation Leland & Myers, organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California and having its office and principal place of business at San Francisco, California, in pursuance of the provisions of the laws of the State of California, has located and appropriated, and does hereby locate, claim and appropriate ten thousand (10,000) inches measured under a four inch pressure, of the natural, flood freshet and storm Waters flowing and to flow in the so-called Willow Creek.
