WATER NOTICE. NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, LELAND & MYERS, a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the State of California, whose principal office is in the Balboa Bldg., San Francisco, State of California, hereby appropriate and claim water, more particularly flood water to the extent of 5000 miners inches of water flowing out of Widow Valley at or near where this Notice is posted at the ouplet of said Widows Valley.
