Know all men that I William Baggett claim all the water amounting to 40 inches more or less under a four inch pressure of a certain spring which deposits out of the ground on the south side and lower end of Hot Spring Valley, Siskiyou County, California, more about the South West quarter of the North West quarter of Section 13, Township 43 North Range number 9 west of Mount Diablo Base and Meridian... running in a northeasterly direction in a ditch cut by William Baggett and known as Baggett's Ditch...
