Know all men by these presents that I Robert Fee have on the [?] day of March A.D. 1875, claimed and located one hundred (100) inches of the water now flowing in the stream running as Bidwell Creek for the purposes of irrigation. The said water right has been more fully established by the construction of a water ditch ten feet wide and eighteen inches deep. The said Water has been in the quiet and peaceable possession and appropriation of the said Claimant since August 1st, 1871. Dated Camp Bidwell, March 2nd, 1875. Robert Fee, Claimant.
