That said water to be diverted from the channel of said stream at or of one monument where this notice is posted, on the lands described as the NW¼ of Section 34, Township 42 North, Range 11 East, Mount Diablo base and meridian. That said water is diverted by means of a ditch of 13 inches deep, three feet wide at the top and two feet wide at the bottom, and to run in a westerly and southwesterly direction.
