NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the state of California respecting WATER RIGHTS, the undersigned, has appropriated and hereby claim all the water, snow water enclosed flowing in wild cat Canyon in the county of Modoc, State of California, measured under a four-inch pressure.
