NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the undersigned has appropriated, for irrigation purposes, fifty (50) inches of water, measured under a four inch pressure, flowing in Fitzhugh Creek, during the period of melting snows.

Storage reservoir scheme: ditch carries water from Fitzhugh Creek to reservoir in Sec 21, then gate/cut at north end (6 ft deep — substantial excavation) releases water via second ditch to irrigated lands across range line (R13E to R12E).
