NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER sections 1410 to 1422 Civil Code. Notice is hereby given that pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of California respecting water rights as found at sections 1410 to 1422 inclusive of the Civil Code of the said State, the undersigned has appropriated and does hereby appropriate and claim all the water contained and flowing into that certain lake, known as Cow Head or Pelican Lake in Modoc County, California, said lake being about Twenty-six and one-half feet in depth and containing about five Billion cubic feet of water.
