Water Claim — Theodore Houstely. Know all men by these presents that I Theodore Houstely of the town of Bidwell, Modoc Co. Cal. have this day claimed three hundred (300) inches (to be measured under a four inch pressure) of the water of the south fork of Twelve Mile Creek and generally known as Perrigo Creek. The said water to be diverted from the stream opposite to this notice and conveyed by means of a ditch (20) twenty inches wide and (30) thirty inches deep...
