NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the state of california respecting water rights, the undersigned has appropriated and hereby claims all the snow water on the table land between Fitzhugh Creek and Pine Creek and east to the Yankee Jim Ranch.
