Notice: Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern that I, Peter S. Doten of South Fork Township, County of Modoc, California, have this day claimed and appropriated one hundred (100) inches (measured under a four inch pressure) of the waters flowing in Fitzhugh Creek in said Township and County. Said water to be taken out of Section 30, Township 41 N. R.13 E. and conveyed by means of a ditch eighteen inches wide and eighteen inches deep for the purpose of irrigating the land now homesteaded and claimed by me and described as the A 1/2 of S.E. 1/4 and E 1/2 of S.W. 1/4 of Section 30, Township 41 N. Range 13 E. Dated April 12th 1875. Peter S. Doten. Filed for record at request of Peter S. Doten April 12th A.D. 1875, at 28 Min past two o'clock P.M. N. FitzGerald, Recorder. Recorded April 13th A.D. 1875 at nine o'clock & 26 Min A.M. N. FitzGerald, Recorder.
