notice of appropriation of water. notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the state of California respecting water rights, the undersigned, has appropriated and hereby claim all the surplus water, flowing in the Romero Gulch that comes to my ditch in the east half of the southeast quarter of section 20 Twp. 40 N. Range 13 east M.D.M.
