NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the undersigned has appropriated and claims, under the provisions of the laws of the State of California for irrigation purposes, one thousand, (1000) miners inches of water, measured under a four inch pressure, flowing in this ravine during the period of melting snows.
