NOTICE OF WATER LOCATION. hereby appropriate five thousand (5000) inches of water measured under a four (4) inch pressure in the stream known as Mill creek, in the county of Modoc, state of california. The purpose is for water power. Divert from northerly bank at the clear lake outlet on said mill creek.
