Notice is hereby given that the undersigned claims 500 inches of water flowing in this ravine during the period of melting snow, measured under a four inch pressure, for purpose of irrigation said water is to be Retained/reserved by a dam at the point where this notice is posted, which is on the NE/4 NW/4 Sec. 7, T.44 N.R. 14 E.M.D.M. forming a storage reservoir, from which the water is to be drawn through a pipe placed under the dam.
