Notice. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned intends to change the place of diversion of that certain water right and water ditch heretofore located and appropriated on the 31st day of May 1884 which said notice of water claim is recorded in Book 1 of water claims at Pages 135&136 of Modoc Co Records... It is intended to change the place of diversion of One Hundred (100) inches of the water claimed in said Notice of Location above referred. The said water is to be diverted by means of what is commonly known as the Morrison Ditch...
