Use Location
Electric light and power plant at SE quarter SW quarter Sec 35, T43N R13E MDM. Diversion 3900 ft South 38 degrees 25 minutes East of common corner of Secs 4 and 5, Twp 41N R14E (or Secs 32/33 T43N R14E). Ditch 3.5 ft deep on top, 2.5 ft deep on bottom, 3 ft deep. Half-round flume 4 ft 3 in across top, 28 in deep in center. Pipe 24 in diameter. South-westerly 1.25 miles then northwesterly 2.5 miles to power plant. NON-CONSUMPTIVE: waters returned to Pine Creek without diminution or loss.
