Transcription
Know all men by these presents: That I Abraham Seets, on the 4th day of June A.D. 1875, located twenty five inches (to be measured under a four inch pressure) of the water flowing in Mystic Creek, situated about two miles in a northerly direction from Willow Ranch in Goose Lake Valley, in the County of Modoc and State of California, for purposes of irrigation, stock water, and domestic uses. Said water right to be more fully established by the construction of a water ditch fifteen inches wide and six inches deep. The said claimant has been in the quiet and peaceable possession and appropriation of said water right and water ditch for a period of four years, more or less. Dated at Goose Lake Valley, June 1st, 1875. Abraham Seets, Claimant.
