Souder, of the County of Modoc, State of California, have this fifth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and seventy four, located a water ditch with the capacity of one thousand inches, commencing in what is known as Fandango Valley in the N.E. 1/4 of Section 36, running thence a southwesterly direction through the West 1/2 of Section 25. Also through Sections 26-23-22-21 & 16 in Township 47 Range 14 East, County and State before mentioned — and emptying into Goose Lake, for purposes of irrigation. A. Souder. Aug. 5th 1874. Willow Ranch, Modoc Co, Cal. At request of Chas H. Snider filed for Record this 12th day of August A.D. 1874 at 10 minutes past one o'clock P.M. and recorded this 13th day of Aug. A.D. 1874 at 10 minutes past three o'clock P.M. N. FitzGerald, Recorder.
