Is hereby given that the undersigned did on the fifteenth day of Feb 1871 put dams in ASh Creek and take out ditches from said Creek in section 13 Township 39 Range 9 east on the county of Siskiyou, state of california, The capacity of said ditches is 1000 inches of water under four inches pressure.
