The Undersigned have this day taken a water claim to wit two hundred (200) inches of water under a four inch pressure that flows from a spring on Section 8 Township 39 North of Range 9 East on the east side of Hot Creek in a little valley called Yongo Valley in the county of Modoc State of California to be used for farming purposes by the undersigned to their use and benefit.
