NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of California respecting WATER RIGHTS, the undersigned, has appropriated and hereby claim all of the water flowing in a spring in the Northeast corner of the NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 sec. 8 Twp. 46 N.R. 13 East M.D.M. in the county of Modoc, State of California, measured under a four-inch pressure.
