NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the state of california respecting water rights, the undersigned has appropriated and hereby claims five hundred inches of water flowing in Mud Creek during the period of melting snows in the county of Modoc.
