NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of California respecting water rights, the undersigned has appropriated, and hereby claim all the water flowing in the springs near the NW Corner of NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of sec. 4 Twp. 43 N.R. 14 E.M.D.M. said springs are on or near the North line of said forty.
