NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That in accordance with the provision of the laws of the State of California respecting water rights the undersigned, has appropriated and hereby claim all the water flowing in a spring located near the south line of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 sec. 12 Twp. 39 N.R. 11 E.M.D.M. and all of the flood water flowing down the canton that said spring is located in.
