Notes: Creek rises in Sec 31, T48N R15E and flows westerly across range line into Sec 36, T48N R14E — crosses township range boundary. Unnamed creek. Rectangular ditch (3 ft top = 3 ft bottom — unusual, most taper). 'Irrigation and raising of crops' — agricultural emphasis. T48N is extreme northern Modoc County near Oregon border (same as Parman's Ten Mile/Twelve Mile Creek claims). Witnesses Ellen Dick, Elsie Converse (family member). Dated Sept 25, 1913. Filed Oct 1.
