Notice is hereby given that the undersigned claims and has heretofore appropriated One hundred inches of the waters here flowing in what is known as Dodge Creek... tofore claimed and used for irrigation purposes upon the NE quarter of SE quarter Sec 26 Tp 48 N R 14 E MDBM. The said Water is conveyed to and upon said land and is diverted from said stream by means of a ditch three feet wide on top and two feet wide on the bottom and eight or ten inches deep with a grade of from three to four inches to the rod. The said water ditch was constructed and said water used on said land for about 6 years. And this claim and appropriation is intended to relate back to the time such use commenced. Dated June 28th 1887. Wm J. Cloud Claimant.
