NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the state of California respecting water rights, the undersigned has appropriated and hereby claims all of the water inches of water, flowing in a natural water way westerly from a spring or springs on the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 sec. 9 Tp. 46 R. 14 E. said water now running to waste.
