400 inches from Lassen Creek. Irrigating lands both North and South of Lassen Creek. Ditch at point of diversion, grade ½ inch per rod, 4 ft wide, 20 inches deep. Flume 4 ft wide at upper end gradually reduced to 2 ft at lower end (inside measure), 18.5 inches deep. Diversion about 80 yards West of Government Stake marking NW corner of William Bonners Homestead, NE corner of Walter Bonners Homestead, and corner of Warner Mountains Forest Reserve, in Sec 2, T46N R14E MDM.
