NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE UNITED STATES by Roy L. Snelling Ass't Forest Ranger, hereby appropriates and claims waters in the unnamed spring to the extent of three fourth inches (3/4 inches) measured under a four inch pressure to be conducted to the lower deep creek ranger station.
