Transcription
Know all men by these presents, that we, A.A. Olinger and I.S. Graves, of the County of Modoc and State of California, have this day located and appropriated at three hundred and fifty (350) inches of the waters flowing in Butte Creek in said County and State. Said water to be diverted by means of a dam near the middle of Section 22 in Twp 43 N, R.10 E, and thence conveyed by means of two ditches. Dated August 9th, 1875. A.A. Olinger. I.S. Graves.
