Notice of Appropriation of Water. Notice is hereby given that I Luther D. Clark of Jess Valley, Modoc County, California, claim 100 inches (measured under a four inch pressure) of the waters flowing in that certain stream of water which flows through Jess Valley, Lassen County, California, and which is known as and called 'Cedar Creek'... to that certain stream of water known as 'Harvey Creek' by means of a ditch 15 inches wide on top, 12 inches wide on the bottom, and 12 inches deep, thence said water flows in the channel of said Harvey Creek about 3/4 of a mile...
