Know all men by these presents, That I Talmadge Losee of Jess Valley, County of Modoc, State of California, did on or about the first day of June 1885 locate and appropriate Two Hundred inches measured under a four inch pressure of the water flowing in Mill Creek. Situated in the Northern portion of Jess Valley... claim is for purposes of Irrigation on the following described tract of Land to wit: Lots 3 of Sec 1 and Lots 1&2 of Sec 2 Twp 39 N of R 14 E MDM.
