Every site we search for the house, with a quick link straight into a search for either candidate weekend (12 guests baked in where the site allows it).
Airbnb
Primary source — most of the board. Deep-links to Indio/Coachella Valley, our current leading region; edit the destination for a different area.
Vrbo
Secondary source — several exclusives (Villa Magnifica, Vintner's Village, De Luz). Blocks automated deep-links, so this opens a plain search — type the destination, dates, and 12 guests yourself.
Opens a plain search page — this site doesn't take our dates/guest count in the URL, so type them in once you're there.
Stay Wandery
Boutique direct manager (Indio, Palm Springs, Sedona) — added round 6. Deep-links to its full property grid filtered to the dates below.
Fieldtrip (Temecula/Murrieta + Joshua Tree specialist)
Direct manager — some houses (Vineyard View) are Fieldtrip-only. Its booking widget doesn't take dates via URL — opens the search page; fill in dates and 12 guests there.

Booking.com
Swept once (2026-08-18) — weak for 12-person houses in our regions, so this is a low-priority recheck, not a primary source.

HomeToGo is a metasearch over Vrbo/Booking/Expedia — no inventory of its own. Peerspace,
Marriott Homes & Villas, and Expedia just mirror the same Airbnb/Vrbo listings. All four
are useful only for cross-checking a specific house, not for finding new ones — see
