Notice is hereby given that I Squire Cooley of Hot Spring Valley, County of Modoc, State of California, have this day claimed and appropriated for the purposes of irrigation, and do hereby claim and appropriate of the waters of certain two springs, a quantity not exceeding two hundred inches measured under a four inch pressure. Said springs being situated one on the SW¼ of SE¼ Sec 12 and the other on the SE area of Sec 13, Twp 41 N.
