Notice is hereby given that we the undersigned claim two hundred inches of the waters of Thomas Creek to be taken out at a point where a notice of which this is a copy is posted, said water to be taken under a four inch pressure & by means of a ditch twelve inches deep and twenty inches wide and conveying said water to our two ranches in Hot Spring Valley, and that we intend to divert said waters and construct said Ditches in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the State of California — the said water to be used for Agricultural purposes.
