Gustave Siebeck. water claim. know all men by these presents That I Gustave Siebeck of the county of Siskiyou and State of california have this day taken up and claimed under the laws of the state of california, the following described water claim Two hundred inches of water taken out of willow Creek on the East side of said creek some forty Rods or thereabouts North of the NORTH line of the land now claimed under the possessory laws of the state of California by Gustave Siebeck and run in a southeasterly direction to the above described line. I claim this water for ranching and mining purposes this 12th day of May A.D. 1871 ditch completed May 11 1871.
