Daniel R. Parker of Hot Spring Valley have this day appropriated and do claim for the purposes of irrigation all of the waters of Warm Creek, the same not exceeding in quantity fifty inches. Said water to be taken out of said Creek at a point about one quarter of a mile above the Section line between Sections 1 & 21 in Twp 44 R.11 E. Dated July 2nd A.D. 1876. Daniel Parker, Claimant.
