NOTICE OF COMBINATION DITCH AND WATER RIGHT. We the undersigned citizen of the United states, by right of location and appropriation, take from the North fork of davis creek three hundred (300) miners inches of water, to be conveyed by ditch to the White Cap Lode for mining Milling and power purposes.
