NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of California respecting water rights the undersigned has appropriated and hereby claim all the water flowing in Rye Patch Canyon in the county of Modoc State of California under a four-inch pressure.
