Notes: Claims from TWO DIFFERENT CREEKS in one filing — Ten Mile Creek (100 inches) and Twelve Mile Creek (200 inches). THREE ditches, each 100 inches capacity. 25 YEARS continuous use (since ~1888). Twelve Mile Creek is the same creek Fox claimed 50,000 inches on for the Cowhead Lake project (page 168) — Parman's 200 inches is dwarfed by Fox's speculative claim. NOTARIZED by R.R. Baker (who also notarized Bidwell Discovery Gold Mining Co., page 192). 297.36 acres total — very precise acreage. T48N R17E is extreme NE Modoc County near Oregon border. Witnesses R.R. Baker, B.F. McCombs. Dated June 30, 1913. Filed July 2.
