Transcription
That I, Sylvester Daniels, have, on this 24th day of March A.D. 1876, located all the water, not to exceed one hundred inches, now flowing in the two small streams running in an easterly direction from the foot of the Mountain, about one half mile, for purposes of Irrigation, Stock water, and other domestic uses. The water to be diverted from the main channel of each of said Streams by a ditch twelve inches wide and ten inches deep. Dated this 24th day of March, 1876. Sylvester Daniels, Claimant.
