Notice is hereby given that I Abel S. Prior have claimed and appropriated one Hundred inches of water from the Creek known as Emerson Creek for purposes of irrigation said water is taken from Emerson Creek on the North side of the Creek and about thirty rods west of the East line of Joseph Marks farm.
