Transcription
To Whom it may Concern, Know Ye, That I, R.W. Minto have on the Tenth day of April (1872) Eighteen hundred and Seventy two, claimed appropriated and used, One Hundred inches of Water for irrigating purposes. Said water is taken from Eagle Creek on the North side, just below where the old wood road crosses the said creek near the mouth of the Canyon.
