To whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned claim, for the general uses and purposes of Irrigation, five thousand inches, measured under a four inch pressure, of the waters now flowing in Pit River. We intend to divert water by means of a dam erected on Lands now owned by Stephen C. Hoores. Adin Township November 8th 1875. [19 signatures]
