Notice: To hereby given that I claim one thousand five hundred inches of water from Ash Creek, taken out on what is known as Stratton's Ranch, Modoc County for Irrigation Purposes. And I intend to conduct the same by Ditch and Flume, the same to be eight feet wide and two feet deep. The water to be taken out on the South side of Ash Creek and conducted to Sec 15, T.35 N. R.7 E. M.D.M. Big Valley, Modoc County, California. Oct. 29th, 1875. David Watson & Co.
