Know all men by these presents, that we, the undersigned, of Goose Lake Valley, County of Modoc and State of California, have this day located and appropriated and do claim for the purposes of irrigation and stock water, five hundred (500) inches of the waters flowing in the Pine Creek, situated in said Valley.
