Notes: EARLY TRANSCRIPTION (1867, pre-Modoc County). Originally filed and recorded Siskiyou County July 5, 1867 on page 33, Book 3 Record of mining & ditch claims by R.J. Green, Recorder (S.A. Royal, Deputy). Re-recorded in Modoc County Aug 6, 1895 at request of Lender & Connor. Claims 'all the water' with no inch measurement. Heading says 'County of Modoc' but that's the re-recording header; original was Siskiyou County.
