State of California, County of Siskiyou. Know all by these presents: That I, J.R. Baty, have taken a Water Ditch from Willow Creek in Surprise Valley Township from the West side of the Creek near the line of the Government Reserve and running to the Ranche of J.R. Baty and claim one hundred inches of the water.
